Portable Equipment Registration Program (PERP)

Owners or Operators of engines and certain types of equipment can register their units under the Air Resources Board’s (ARB) Statewide Portable Equipment Registration Program (PERP) in order to operate their equipment throughout California.  Typically, PERP-registered engines may only be at a stationary source for limited jobs unrelated to the main operations of the facility.  Please contact the District, [email protected], if you have questions regarding PERP equipment.
